Dave at Mars Desert Research Station: Utah

I have discovered a large impact crater, about 140 miles in diameter, that covers an area equal to at least one-ninth of the entire state of Montana - or more if you count the outer chevron.

Central Montana sunset. Or possibly, initial impact, aerial shock wave, and atmospheric after glow.
